When I was a kid I use to skip rope with my siblings, but then I forgot the fun of skipping till few weeks back when you did a MH day awareness campaign with skipping challenge...after that I never stopped. I added this workout in my daily schedule andskip approx. 1000 skipping steps without missing a day. Thank you team it’s a wonderful initiative you are doing a wonderful work. Will be looking forward for new challenges.
I was highly skeptical about skipping rope workout. But when I started after my first workout in your MH Awareness Day event I was drenched with sweat and I knew this is it. As it was a full body workout I was looking for and it fits perfectly in my busy schedule, you can do it anywhere and its efficient. You are doing wonderful job and I wish you best of luck.
