Unlocking is in the process we suggest you follow all the necessary precautions and stay indoor unless required also include rope skipping in your life to improve your immune system. The World Health Organization recommended skipping rope as one of the exercises one must do during COVID-19 outbreak. So Let's dust off your skipping rope and get ready for fun.

"Sunday To Sunday Skipping Rope Challenge" starting from 12th July 2020 and ends on 19th July 2020.

It's a fun jumping challenge, WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:-
1) Minimum 200 Skipping rope steps and maximum as much as you can.
2) Record your data using Apps for Android users - Jumpro and ios users - JumpRope
